As luck would have it, Bill Gates and the World Bank created the perfect digital identification tracking system and was ready to use the program as a global vaccine passport. It's a Global initiative to bring a Digital ID with Biometrics to all participating Nations. The Gates Foundation has been working with the World Bank for at least 3 years on a Global ID System. The World Bank has also spent over a Billion dollars on the program which they call ID4D.

While most people are familiar with the Chinese Governments hard stance on Crypto Currencies lesser known is the fact the Chinese Communist Party has whole heartedly and publicly embraced Blockchain Technology outside of Crypto Currencies.
