
My exercise is slow because I do not have a workout schedule. I can’t do any poses I want to do. I have no good management, plus my eating habits are still not well adjusted. I eat a lot, so my weight has not decreased completely. Lately, I have been cooking for myself and there are only delicious menus.
Looking for inspiration: They say to follow ten people who do activities that you like, and when you see them often, you will want to do the same things as them, which will inspire you. My problem right now is eating, because no matter how hard you exercise, eating is more important.
Some days I feel bored and don’t want to do anything. I have no energy, and the weather is not good, so I don’t want to do anything. If anyone has a way to get me motivated to exercise, please give me some advice. Because it's not just exercise. I don't want to do other activities.
