The green vegetable you see here is cassava leaves, or as we call it in our dialect, "tunduk mundok." Our whole family, including our kids aged 6-12, loves this dish. However, this time, I had to eat only a little since it was quite salty, and I was worried it might trigger my vertigo. I just fully recovered yesterday after a vertigo attack last Wednesday evening.
