Actifit Report – April 4, 2025
Last Push Before the Holidays!
Hey Actifit fam!
Yesterday was Friday, and the energy was high — not just because the weekend was coming, but because it was the last day before holidays! I wanted to finish the week strong, and that’s exactly what I did.
Started the morning with my usual routine:
10 mins of warm-up exercises
20-minute run to get my heart pumping ♂️
10 mins of stretching to stay flexible and focused
During the day, I had a lot of errands to run and last-minute things to organize before disconnecting for the break — so I was constantly on the move. Walking around town, lifting bags, prepping, cleaning… it all added up!
I didn’t just move physically — I could feel that “almost vacation” motivation kicking in. Good vibes, good energy, and a feeling of gratitude for making it through a full and active week.
Total steps: 7,732
Solid way to close the week!
Now it’s time to slow down a bit, enjoy the holidays, but still stay active in a more relaxed way.
