Actifit Report – March 24, 2025Yesterday was all about keeping the momentum going. I started the day with my usual 40-minute morning routine: light exercises, a 20-minute run, and a solid stretch session. Throughout the day, I stayed active with small choices—walking instead of driving, taking the stairs, and moving around the house. Ended with 7,820 steps! I also stuck to my nutrition plan: protein shake with creatine, soy milk, and berries, plus my supplements. Feeling strong, focused, and grateful for this journey. Every step counts.
