Hey Actifitters,
The weather was back to all grey and gloomy yesterday, so it didn't really matter when we went for our long daily walk. But we did intend to start before nightfall. Just as we went outside, we found a couple deer in the front yard.
We didn't want to bother them right away, so we spent time with Le Chat in the backyard first.
But it was time to start our walk. One of the deer had left, but this one was still there.
Clearly not impressed by Kaia barking and growling.
It even followed us a bit when we went behind the front yard.
But it stayed in the yard when we finally headed to the forest. Le Chat was also intrigued, in the distance I saw her getting closer to that deer. It was fun and all, but it made us late and we arrived in the forest as it was getting dark.
The question for me was 'light or no light?' for my photos. Kaia had no such question, she was even more energetic than usual after seeing that deer so close.
Can you see that blurry spot on the right side? Yep that was Kaia chasing something...
And can you see the deer on this one? Less than 2 seconds later, no more deer, just a blurry Kaia full speed on its heels...
And finally we got started on our way out of the forest and back home.
But not before one final loop in the quiet neighborhood.
It didn't feel like a very active day but the bar was cleared again in #poprzeczka competition, yay!! Let's see if we can keep the clean sheet for a few more days.
