Sipping Through the Noise

Some of us have that life’s ritual and for me, it is the coffee ritual that I have. Even on busy days, my coffee habit and rituals are some of the things that keep me anchored.

Sometimes, I visit a coffee shop not to work but to ground and remind myself that I have to get things done whether I like it or not.

My coffee ritual isn’t as complicated as before anymore given how busy I could be these days. It’s simply a trip to the nearest coffee shop or an easy steeped coffee without anything complex.

Actually, these days, I am less fussy about my coffee consumption. I tend to just drink what’s available.

But that slow moment of life is just a part of my day. It’s like that stop sign on the road which gives me signals when I need to be serious and when not to.
