Since my last project I have been thinking. What to do? So round and round in my head. I have a cousin who is already a teenager named Maria Valentina, she came one afternoon to visit, she had a cross blouse with straps, my daughter Rut liked the model and told me to make her one, wow, I said great that will be my new project. So, the next day I got up very early in the morning and said hands to the scissors. While I was working, I was very excited to elaborate this work that of course was something new for me, when the afternoon arrived almost at night, I saw my work come true, wow in spite of all the limitations I did it!
Step by step
To begin with, I took the mold of the basic blouse to cut out the front part. Then I couldn't figure out how to get the back part, since it has some strips that are the ones that tie, so I folded the fabric like a sheet and I was able to get the back cut. After all this, with the remaining piece of fabric I placed it on the bias to get something similar to the sleeves.
Once I had made all the cuts, I proceeded to face the front and back, sewed them together and went over the stitching.
After gluing the front, back and sleeves, I proceeded to make a selvage. I changed the presentation and the odyssey began because the fabric was coming off, wow it was a mess, until I decided to put the normal fabric and sew.

Hola mis queridos artistas, agradecidos con Dios por estar nuevamente con ustedes, disfrutando de todo nuestro trabajo. Una vez más viendo el amor y el esfuerzo que se refleja en cada obra.
Desde mi último proyecto he estado pensando. ¿Que hacer? Dando vueltas y vueltas en mi cabeza. Tengo una prima que ya es adolescente que se llama María Valentina, vino una tarde de visita, tenía una blusa cruzada con tirantes, a mi hija Rut le gustó el modelo y me dijo que le hiciera una, vaya, dije genial ese será mi nuevo proyecto. Así que al día siguiente me levanté muy temprano y le dije manos a la tijera. ¡Mientras trabajaba, estaba muy emocionada de elaborar este trabajo que por supuesto era algo nuevo para mi, cuando llego la tarde casi de noche, vi mi trabajo hecho realidad, wow a pesar de todas las limitaciones lo logre!

Para empezar, cogí el molde de la blusa básica para recortar la parte delantera. Luego no sabía cómo conseguir la parte trasera, ya que tiene unas tiras que son las que se anudan, así que doblé la tela como si fuera una sábana y pude conseguir cortar la parte trasera. Después de todo esto, con el trozo de tela sobrante lo coloqué al bies para conseguir algo parecido a las mangas.
Una vez hechos todos los cortes, procedí a encarar el anverso y el reverso, los cosí y repasé las costuras.
Después de pegar el delantero, la espalda y las mangas, procedí a hacer un orillo. Cambié la presentación y empezó la odisea porque la tela se despegaba, vaya que era un desastre, hasta que decidí poner la tela normal y coser.
Even though it was a work done in record time, from morning to afternoon, I am happy that despite all the limitations, I made it. Seeing the joy on my daughter's face is such an emotion that I can't fit in my little body, once again I did it!
Aunque fue un trabajo hecho en tiempo récord, de la mañana a la tarde, estoy feliz de que a pesar de todas las limitaciones, lo logré. Ver la alegría en la cara de mi hija es una emoción que no me cabe en mi pequeño cuerpo, ¡una vez más lo he conseguido!
