A few days ago, I finally received a new package. After many years, I decided to treat myself to a new phone. Since I had good experiences with Xiaomi in the past, I chose Xiaomi again.
Back during the Corona times, I had paid a pretty high three-digit amount for my old phone... and I didn’t want to spend that much again. So this time, I went for something from the Redmi series.
Honestly, I spent about a week looking around and comparing different models. Then Xiaomi had a special spring offer, and I decided to grab it. I think I paid around €360 for my new phone – the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, with half a terabyte of storage! I love taking lots of pictures, so big storage was important to me.
The phone also has a 200MP AI camera, but I haven't really tested it yet. I’m planning to upload some photos taken with it soon on PeakD.
Inside the box, there was only the phone, case and a USB-C cable – but that’s fine. We all have enough chargers these days anyway, right?
