Welcome 🤗 to my blog. I have come again with another drink tutorial: The Peanut Milkshake 🥛. As we all know, milk is very rich in protein which helps in body building and body tissue development. Peanut which is a legume promotes heart health, reduces risk of cancer only to mention but a few.
Well, without wasting our precious time, let's begin.
The Ingredients
Peanut 🥜 5 tbsp
Milk 🥛 1 glass (18 oz)
Date Fruit 5 pieces
Recipe
Soak the date fruits in hot water to dissolve for about 20-30 minutes.
When the date is dissolved, put it in the blender first as it might still be strong then put in the milk before lastly the peanut (I kept some peanuts which I cut into small pieces for the milkshake's toppings).
Blend till evenly mixed.
Pour in to your glass and enjoy.
It taste so nice and with the sugary taste of the milk and date fruit makes it such a good one for a sweet tooth.
