Today I decided to make this dish “Tofu Sauce” and I am so thrilled to share it here. In my country , we have three major ethnic groups. Ibo, Hausa and Yoruba. Yorubas and Hausas are conversant with tofu which they call in their dialet, "awara" for Yorubas and "tahu or tofu" for Hausas. Igbos are not familiar with tofu and I think they don't have a name for it because I am from the Igbo tribe. That's why some people react when they see me eat tofu. I have teach many of my friends and relatives how to make tofu from scratch and some of the tofu recipes.Enough of talking lets proceed;
