My first Tofu Skewers

Welcome to my blog. Today, I want to share with you this tofu skewers recipe.
It is loaded with vitamins, minerals and plants-base protein. It is a good choice for a lunch, snacks or dinner. I recommend it for anyone looking for tasty and healthy meal option. It is super delicious. It is also budget friendly, You don't have to empty your purse trying to eat healthy. Let's move on to the recipe

Ingredients

400g Extra Hard Tofu
Some Skewers Sticks (depending on the amount of the tofu)
200g of Banana
1 bulb of 50 gram onions (we will actually use like 20% of it)
A batch of 6 small tomatoes
salt to taste
½ tsp of black pepper
½ tsp of white pepper
½ tsp of star anise
10ml of Vegetable oil
Juice from lime

Instructions

  • Dice the tofu and keep aside.
  • Slice the onion, in large piece so it can be threaded.
  • Slice the Bananas.
  • If the tomatoes are big, you are free to cut into smaller pieces.
  • Thread the Ingredients and the tofu onto the skewer as you desire. Drizzle oil on the tofufu skewers.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Put in the tofu skewer and grill for 10-15 minutes [turn occasionally to avoid burning].
  • When it's done, squeeze the lime juice on the tofu skewer.
  • Serve & enjoy.
