Fruit and Veggie salad for a quick lunch.

Welcome to my blog. This afternoon I needed a quick lunch and I thought fruit and veggie will be a great idea because I don't have all the time to cook, I also have a back to back appointment to catch up with. What I did was just to bring all the necessary things I need to prepare this recipe before 5 minutes, I was good to go. It was a quick and easy recipe. It came out so nice and presentable. Let's prepare it right away!
INGREDIENTS
1 big ripe avacado diced
2 smaller tomatoes sliced
1 medium Cucumber sliced
1 tablespoon of lime
3 tablespoons of crushed peanut for topping
RECIPE
The fruits has already been washed since I brought it from my fridge.
Slice cucumber, tomatoes, and diced carrots and avacado and crush the peanut.
Arrange the ingredients in your own way if desired.
You can season yours if desired.
Add the crunchy crushed peanut.
Serve as a side dish or light lunch.
The greens was soft ,the carrots and peanut, very crunchy. The fruits and veggie salad really made my day. So yummy!
