Welcome to my blog. My Niece came visiting today and she told me of one of the drinks that she makes in school. She's a nursing student in the University and she told me the health benefit of Cabbage which includes: improving digestion, supporting heart health and more.
She told me to make Cabbage smoothie, with just:
Cabbage 1kg and
Water75cl
Here's The Tutorialš
Wash and slice the Cabbage

Put it in the blender with the water and BLEND till smooth.

Your creamy Cabbage smoothie is ready to serve.
Pour out your smoothie and enjoy.

The result was good but not too tasty, and it wont be good for a sweet tooth. But due to it's health benefits,it is good for pregnant women
