Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This will be Week 200, Edition 03 of our Weekly Featured Content.

So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun that we did not want it to end. We are currently on the third topic for this week, which is “WILD AND YOURS”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic, which was “ROBOTS AND AI”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community, telling us about their thoughts on robots and artificial intelligence being used when wars are being fought. This could lead to the loss of our soldiers being greatly reduced because they’d no longer have to physically be at the battlefield for the wars to be fought.
But then, for many, while soldiers won’t have to be out there, it doesn’t say that there would be no casualties, because the regular citizens might just be in as much danger. And also, with only robots and AI being used to fight the wars, it may go on for longer than necessary because no side is taking a significant loss. It was an enlightening topic, indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w200e2; tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there, it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors, will be listed below.

Featured Contents
AI ON THE BATTLEFIELD: SOLUTION OR SILENT THREAT by @nkemakonam89
This author told us that while having robots and AI on the battlefield will protect the lives of our soldiers, there is more to it than meets the eye. It would also mean that leaders would have to dedicate lots of funding to keeping the tech sophisticated and update to the recent standards to be able to do their jobs properly. Also, not everyone will be able to achieve this, and such countries will basically be defenseless against more powerful countries utilizing AI.
THE WAR THAT ALREADY BEGAN by @michupa
*For this author, he told us that the evolution of technology has been impressive and unsettling at the same time. And sophisticated warfare is already realistic, something that is being done. Missiles and coordinated attacks can be launched remotely in any part of the world, without soldiers having to set foot in the place. But as it stands, no one truly knows the height AI could take the war to.”
WHY WE FIGHT: THE QUESTION AI CANNOT ANSWER by @sperosamuel15
For this author, war is not a technical problem that needs technical solutions, it stems from men in politics who are greedy for power and the need to take what isn’t theirs. Because in the end, the real danger is not in AI or robots, but in how they are utilized. Because that could make all the difference.

AND NOW, WE MOVE ON TO THE NEW TOPIC!
Week 200 - Edition 03 Topic
“Do you think it's okay to own wild and exotic pets? If you can afford to raise them, should you be allowed to own lions, tigers, and other dangerous animals? Will this provide a better life for them, seeing how the zoos and reserves might be a bit limited in their provisions? Or is it best to just leave it to the professionals to handle?”
