Today was not too bad, mostly catching up on things in the office. We had our end if year picnic, which was nice and had some walking to do, but not much.
The bulk of my activity came from the weightroom. Started with some deadlifts to calf raises. Followed that up with close grip bench and a shoulder press, then we added in some skull crushers and front shoulder raises. Lastly, finishing up with a circuit of shoulder raises, good mornings, and supermans.
