Today was not too bad, went to a sister college who is launching a space institution, which is awesome!So, i got a good amount of walking, especially taking a tour of the campus, so many fun items!Then getting home, did some housework, followed by some qi gong. Kind of like tai chi, but a different focus on things. Many back still hurts and the movement and the stretching just was painful, I know it should not hurt this much, I think more stretching is in my future.
