Today was a decent day for activity, walking around campus of course added some.
The student life coordinator fixed it up for the students getting close to finals. So, take a sledge hammer to a car, of course,being a good administrator i had to take the twenty pound hammer and take a few cracks at it. 😁
Then, making it home, hit the weightroom. Started with some rows, after that was some single leg glute bridge hold paired with Romanian deadlifts. After that was single leg Romanian deadlifts paired with some more rows. Finished with some leg lifts.
