Today seemed to be pretty good on regards too activity, walked around campus a little bit, looking to prepare for tomorrow, which will be a good day.
A good chunk of the activity came from the weightroom. Started off with the bench press, I hit my heaviest weight on it yet, which was great! Then we had some hip thrusters, wide grip lat pull downs, followed by some chin-ups. Following those, had some flys, some dumbbell glute bridges, finishing with alternating supermans.
