Portrait
I created this digital artwork titled “Portrait.” It was a very interesting process to create it.
When I first developed the idea for my portrait, nature immediately popped into my head. The image felt pink and orange, like a hot place. Then many kinds of birds appeared, along with several animals.
I originally used a photo of myself and changed it into an animation style using an app. Then I laid out various digital animals and images.
A colourful parrot is sitting on my face. On its wing, a green butterfly becomes one of my eyes. A crow appeared and called thunder as well. A third eye emerges, and there are face tattoos that symbolize protection. My earring becomes a fox that has almost jumped and caught its food. The flowers on my head hide the fact that there are wolf ears there.
More birds are flying around me. There are also hummingbirds connecting with each other. One of them is from a different dimension. Look at the moon: there is a rabbit in it. Nature inspired everything, and one of my eyes turns purple.
I think it is so fun to create a portrait like this. I never expected to describe so many details when I started. Somehow, the style gradually took shape on its own. I will make another version of it someday soon.

肖像画
肖像画というタイトルのデジタルアート作品を作りました。制作の過程はとても興味深いものでした。
最初に肖像画のイメージを思い描いたとき、まず頭に浮かんだのは自然でした。ピンクやオレンジの色、暑い場所の空気感。そして、さまざまな種類の鳥たちが頭の中に現れて、さらにいくつかの動物たちも現れました。
もともとは自分の写真を使い、アプリでアニメーション風のスタイルに変換しました。その上に、デジタルの動物やイメージを配置していきました。
カラフルなオウムが顔の上にとまっています。その翼の中では、緑の蝶が私の片方の目になっています。カラスがやっきて、カーと鳴くと雷が鳴ります。第３の目も現れ、顔には色々なものから守ってくれるタトゥーが浮かび上がっています。イヤリングは、今にも跳びかかって獲物を捕らえそうなキツネに変わりました。頭に飾られた花の下には、オオカミの耳が隠れています。
さらに多くの鳥たちが私の周りを飛び回っています。ハチドリたちは互いにつながり合っていて、その一羽は別の次元から来ています。月を見ると、中にウサギがいます。自然のすべてが私にインスピレーションを与え、片方の目が紫色になりました。
こんな感じの肖像画を作るのは本当に楽しい作業でした。始めたときには、こんなふうに細部を思い浮かぶとは思っていませんでした。不思議なことに、特に考えなくとも徐々に自然と形になっていきました。近いうちに、また別のバージョンも作りたいと思っています。
