However, I sometimes experience this kind of psychedelic dream.Most of my dreams are lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming is a state in which you become aware that you're dreaming while still in the dream. This awareness often allows you to control or influence the dream’s events, environment, or your actions. It usually occurs during REM sleep and can feel vivid and lifelike. Some people practice techniques to induce lucid dreams for creativity, problem-solving, or self-exploration.

Bracken Season Is Here Again!I posted about picking and cooking bracken plants last year as well. I really love mountain wild vegetables and can’t wait for this season every year.Wild vegetables are very tasty, but removing the scum (aku) before eating requires a bit of extra work. Baking soda is an essential item for that process. It also takes some patience, you have to prepare everything before the meal reaches the dinner table.
