These are the iconic pin balls coming from the centre of the city of Eindhoven in the Netherlands. I guess most cities have something that they are known for and this is surely the thing that Eindhoven is recognizable for.
Well this is it in Eindhoven, gigantic pinballs which are well connected. If you ever have had the liberty of spending your precious hours around the city of Eindhoven, the Flixx bus stop is directly in front of this piece of art.

I always have to laugh a bit when seeing these types of artworks. New York has the statue of Liberty, Paris has the Eiffeltower
and the Arc de Triomph, Amsterdam has the canals, and Eindhoven...
Well, we have the pinballs. Is that the thing that you want people to remember your city for?
What is also funny is when a tourist or someone who is visiting th city woulc ask me what to do in the city aor what they must see. And honestly, I couldn't even be the right person to answer that question.
I would have no idea what the must do things in the city are. We just bike around and drink beer in the park or in the industrial zone called Strijp-S. Is that what I would want to sell to others as and opening on why they should drop by.
Good question in there, I guess I am not really the ambassador in this one. Sure there are a lot of small things to to and see here, but if I would be the tourist.. What would I want to see?
Good question again. I would walk around the city and do some nature stuff outdoors, but then you would need a bike to end up somewhere else to see stuff that is actually worth visiting for.
I was thinking about making this a #worldmappin post but the question even is if that is even allowed with such a shit post on what is cool to do here. (hint...don't ask me)
Heck, I am going for it. Just for the sake of that you know where the pinballs are if there would be a reason why you would want to find them.
Happy bowling ;)
