I had been to Mövenpick while still affiliated with my previous company in Cebu City. It was a dinner experience as we celebrated the boss' birthday. So when my husband told me their company summer outing would be in the same resort, I was pretty excited. I remember their bar with some relaxing hammocks but didn't realize that these were destroyed by Typhoon Odette back in 2021. So I was sad when we visited Mövenpick to see that this part was still under restoration and so the resort isn't the same as what I thought it would be.

Exactly 18 days ago, I celebrated my 37th birthday at North Zen Villas in Panglao. Today, let me share our experience at North Zen Villa's in-house restaurant, SEADS. According to their website, the name SEADS comes from two words, seafood and seeds. Not sure how they come up with the seeds though and we also didn't order any seafood!

Watch my video above for the whole experience.After the pandemic, when the world started turning again, everything in Panglao started opening and the prices had gone up. Back then, we could book a room for around Php 1000-2000 but that's all history now because Panglao is alive again.

A year ago today, we visited Dumaguete City. I couldn't quite recall the reason for visiting the island but boy, it feels like it was just a few weeks ago. I have tons of backlogs and things to share, I truly miss sharing my life and posting here but life is just demanding too much of my time I couldn't even find time to sit and type. In fact, at this point, I am just trying to add a few texts to my drafts just hoping I could finish this one.

I have been on hiatus for a while, I don't know where to start. I have loads of photos to upload and lots of stories to share but I couldn't find time to sit down and write them all. But tonight, as I am done editing the photos and video for this little one, I decided to give this a chance to be posted here on the blockchain. I needed this fresh start so I could continue writing once again. I truly miss posting on Hive and I just hope this time, I'll be consistent again.
