Right at the highest point of the village of Arroyo Arenas, in the municipality of La Lisa in Havana, Cuba, stands a church known by all the residents of the place as La Iglesia de Arroyo Arenas (The Church of Arroyo Arenas). Located in the highest part of the village, its bell tower is visible from the main avenue and from different points of the locality, standing out in the distance as an unmistakable symbol. #

English VersionThis park is a convergence point of some of the main avenues of the city such as Monte, Prado and Dragones streets. Around it are buildings that stand out for their historical and cultural importance, such as the emblematic National Capitol, whose magnificent gold-plated dome is visible from the park, the Saratoga Hotel, the Indian Fountain and the nearby entrance to Chinatown.

I usually stop to take pictures of flowers, trees, the occasional stray cat, and also vehicles. But not just any vehicle, but the old cars that are so common in the city of Havana and that we can see driving through its streets every day.
