Today I have to make something from my yam and potato to feed the family this morning as breakfast. I said let me try something different from my yam and potato this morning and it came out prefect and nice very delicious.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 yam
Some pieces of vegetables leaf 🌿
One bulb of onion
One tablespoon of salt for taste
One cup of vegetable oil
One big size of potato
Six pieces of fresh tomatoes
Four pieces of fresh pepper
One tablespoon of curry powder
One teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Water
PROCEDURE
IN this procedure I will like to share how I made this recipe out
First I peel my yam and potato and wash then cut into pieces and set aside
Then I start to prepare my ingredients together one after the other
First I wash all my ingredients and start to cut my onions first and then cut my fresh pepper and cut my fresh tomatoes and also cut my vegetable leaf 🌿 and set them aside
Then I start to I my ingredients into my cut yam and potato, I first add my salt for taste and then add my curry powder and mix together and set aside
Then set my pot on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my vegetable oil to start frying all my yam and potato
Here is when I'm frying and after some minutes my yam and potato is ready so I separate it out for my oil and set to serve
Then in that same pot of oil I add my chopped of onions and my fresh pepper then mix
For some minutes I add my cutted fresh tomatoes and mix as well
Then add my salt for taste and also add my nutmeg powder and mix
So after mixing all my ingredients together I add my fryer yam and potato into it and mix
After a while I add my vegetable leaf and mix together.
How my yam and potato is ready to serve so I have to dish out.
