Native Tapioca Salad Combination Served In Three Different Ways

Greetings to this wonderful and great people of this great community. Today is good for me I know it's also good to you guys.
Our weather here is so hot so I decide to look for what to cool my body. One thing come across to my mind, so I want to my farm to harvest some cassava to turn into tapioca salad. I can tell you for a truth if you try this combo you will thank me later. In this period of harvesting people really enjoyed this wonderful recipe in there various houses because it they season and time. I love to enjoy it because it is one of my favourite recipes.

INGREDIENTS USED BELOW

Some pieces of palm carnle
One small size of coconut
Two handful of groundnut
Four pieces of cassava
Water to cook

PROCEDURE

In this procedure my wonderful people I will like to show you how I did this salad

STEP ONE

I peel my cassava and cut it into pieces and wash into my pot to cook on my gas cooker


STEP TWO

I break my coconut and also break my palm carnle and put into a bowl of water to wash



STEP THREE

I check my pot of cassava that is till on gas cooker and it has cooked very well

STEP FOUR

Then put into my sieve to remove water and cool for like 10 minutes before I start to slice

STEP FIVE

I bring my slicing martial and my cooked cassava together and start to slice


STEP SIX

After slicing I my cassava into tapioca I pour it in a bowl and add a warm water to soak for some hours so that it will be set and will also be good to eat

STEP SEVEN

After soaking it for some hours I bring it out and wash with another water for it to be good and nice to eat

STEP EIGHT

Now my tapioca salad is ready and good to serve. You guys should come let's enjoy ourselves
