Es mi primera vez escribiendo en esta comunidad, soy amante del deporte tanto verlo como practicarlo, me llamo la atención que puedo tener la oportunidad de comentar y presentar a todos sus miembros mis actividades deportivas personales y así lograr las recomendaciones, consejos y experiencia de sus miembros, que me puedan ayudar y hacer mejorar mi estado físico, mentalmente y mi mantenimiento corporal.
It is my first time writing in this community, I am a lover of sport both to see it and practice it, I called my attention that I can have the opportunity to comment and present to all its members my personal sports activities and thus achieve the recommendations, advice and experience of its members, that can help me and make me improve my physical condition, mentally and my body maintenance.
Así mismo, nuestro cuerpo es como una máquina que debemos mantener aceitada en casi todos sus aspectos para así darle un mejor aspecto a nuestra vida.

@neilamarcano ayer sábado 21 me fui con ellos a la muralla de mi pueblo Marigüitar decidí caminar 7.25 km en una 1h 23m por tener una dolencia a parte que no contaba con el calzado adecuado, después de terminar la caminata nos fuimos a casa a terminar con una actividades en nuestra máquina de multifuerza.
In this opportunity I activated in running with my wife

@neilamarcano yesterday Saturday 21 I went with them to the wall of my town Marigüitar I decided to walk 7.25 km in 1h 23m for having an ailment apart that did not have the right shoes, after finishing the walk we went home to finish with an activity in our multi-strength machine.
Espero continuar activo en el running por mucho tiempo y también estar activo en esta comunidad, para seguir creciendo como usuario en esta y otras comunidades, voy a poner de mi mejor empeño para que sea posible, con ello busco mejorar mis actividades físicas, emocionales y mentales.
