This was a short, but tough day for me, Snow Bear and Spartan on the Appalachian Trail.We did it though! Two small and one big mountain climb later, we made camp. Today we slackpacked 🥾 southbound 5.7 miles back to Woody Gap. We were dropped off at Jarrard Gap.We had winds, sun, heat, cold , drizzle and even some snow flakes. What a crazy weather day! 🌦️❄️💨☀️@vtsnowbear and I met @graymanwalking who was heading northbound.
Today is day 3 and it started off raining, but we headed down the mountain for an awesome breakfast. Thank you Big Sky!After another 4 miles into Woody Gap, we were picked up by our shuttle and taken to Above the Clouds Hostel.
