One of the coolest in my collection.. The Clubtail Iguana(Ctenosaura quinquecarinata).. Its a dwarf species iguana,an adult male can only grow to 14 inches while the female can grow around 8 inches..

With this menu I won the best signature dish for KK Signature FoodFest 2015.. I called this Tri-Pork, its a combination of our 3 famous pork dishes,GK Porkribs,Texas Ribs(a 3 layer part of the ribs) and our famous snack we call Lollipork..

My very own creation Spaghetti Pork Loin..inspired by chinese dish Kon Loh Meen.. Spaghetti cooked in aglioolio style,the porkloin was slow braised for few hours..on top of the porkloin i use my very own homemade bbq sauce..
