Before you look at the world, look at yourself.
I think that every person's priorities are rare, and options are everywhere. I also think that in front of arrogant people who love to boast and arrogantly show off their qualities, their material goods, that is, excess of braggadocio, looking for envy or admiration, they are like the greenest grass of others, who love to show other people's achievements " supposedly theirs, but they are false.
I also think that all of us have been or are conceited at some point, it's like a shadow, which is part of us, that we often don't share with anyone, but it also speaks about who we are... and as long as we don't accept what inhabits us, we can hardly change our history.
I say this because things come and go, appearances in people make life flabby.
There is an old saying that says, Tell me what you brag about, and I'll tell you what you lack, people who brag excessively, are too insecure, lack a lot of self-esteem and miss out on living.
That's why now I dedicate myself to doing things that give me peace, that make me sleep peacefully, when the night comes. Doing simple things like going to the gym, going for a walk, having a coffee if I'm in a hurry, listening to the music I like.
Personally, I prefer to brag about being myself, being authentic because in the end in 50 years no one will remember me, my things, my achievements and this is perfect for me, because today everything that I feel is important... will it disappear then, why brag? What do we have left? It remains for me to love as I want, the conversations with my loved ones, the plans that I didn't leave for later, dressing as I wish, the laughs, the hugs, saying NO without guilt, it's all part of life, and in the end, I won't miss work, money or luxuries, when one learns to love oneself it's not for anyone...
In 50 more years, there will also be no moments, no memories, no experiences to share. Today I show off my snack, ice cream and guava candies, it was great... yummmm.
