We have been thinking of having a game of football with our friends as part of our recreational activities as a group and the time had come to put these thoughts into action, so a committee was set up to plan this outing. Each one in the group was assigned tasks to make the planned outing successful. Some were asked to find a location, others were giving games duty and others planned refreshments and logistics.
