#homebaking some may say baking with a toddler is troublesome, I would agree but I also love it. It's a great way to engage with them, teach them basic life skills all while getting an editable product at the end. .Lucky for me I have never been very anal about sticking to a recipe, so when I run out of things, I just alternate for another or use less of that and more of the other. .

#happyaustraliaday It was our little man's first Australia day and we spent the morning celebrating with the animals at the Gosnells Councils event. We got to pet a koala, hold a snake, pat a Bob tail lizard, a beautuful eagle, sheep, goats, chickens and ducks, not to mention the very well trained dog named Milo.

So I almost shit on my son's head today, said very few mum's... 🤦‍♀️ .Having a toddler and an ostomy can be interesting, most days it makes zero difference but change day is a challenge as he is too fascinated to take away without a mini melt down and in all honesty I kinda like his fascination. .

Yesterday was really tough for me, I woke to find some arse hat had stolen my 25kg statue turtle from out front door where he had happily lived for 7years, it was a gift from my mother when I was much younger. I know many of you are thinking it's just a turtle... But to me it was sentimental and it sent me into a spiral of anger and sadness.
