Now I am trying to simultaneously tighten up all areas of my life and smoothly bring them all to some normal level, so that they become normal evenly. I am working on nutrition, fitness, a normal work schedule and I am trying to make all of this harmoniously come to the norm that I want to see in my life. Such a norm that would give me the opportunity to calmly engage in all areas of life and calmly achieve gradual success in all of them.
Now among my goals is to establish a healthy diet that would help me significantly reduce my weight, because now I have thirty extra kilos, and I need this not to be, so I pay special attention to my diet and now I buy only healthy dietary products for home. I have actively taken up sports to get my body in order and I hope that very soon these efforts will bear fruit.
I cook healthy food at home every day and watch the amount of calories I consume, I want to form a diet in such a way that it becomes my healthy habit, and not a temporary phenomenon.
Also, I need to form new work habits, among them daily work with the text of the manuscript, and I have some problems with this at the moment, because now I am not writing, but editing, and at this stage it is very difficult for me to do anything, because in essence the book has already been written, and now it needs to be improved, and this is difficult for me, but I need to pull myself together and do it. I have three months to turn it from a draft into a finished manuscript, and I hope that I will succeed.
