Alive & Thriving ThankfulThursday : Now You See Me... || AATYr6 || Prompt A Day 😊

I'm back after a day of break. I chose to work on my postcards last night. This is my backlog and I'd love to have these postcards mailed as soon as possible. I missed doing it during my Lenten holidays break. Now I struggle to insert it into my daily routine. 🙄

At least I didn't miss my daily afternoon steps. That's my one hour of being afk (away from keyboard) as I'm on the pc the whole work day. I truly need the break. 🚶‍♀ I feel my daily steps are helping me little by little. 💪 Eventually, I'd love to reach my maximum limit possible (at least 5K steps daily).

I got the photos last night from the first Saturday memorial mass for Mom. There's another mass for her this coming Sunday. It's Mother's Day here. 💐🙏❤️💡 The last time I got to visit Mom's vault at the columbary was the year before my daughter left for Barcelona. I have not done a lot of traveling far from home.

Gonna share this really good chips I discovered at DALI Grocery. I bought two flavors on my second visit there. At least I have a couple of products that I really like to buy from there. I've been making a list of what to buy where. 😆 That way I can better plan my needed purchases. It's empowering for me to be able to buy my own stuff. 😁

Oh wow! Are you a hero? I'm in awe of folks who can be true heroes. I honestly don't think I can be one nor do I want to be one. 😝 There are simply those who have what it takes to be a hero. I imagine it's not easy. Perhaps at this stage I'm a little self-centered and would like to focus on my own little world. I just like to look after the kitties and the guinea pigs. It's more fun to be around them. 😆

One week gone. Around three more weeks to go before another month is over. Amazing! Mom's fourth death anniversary will be on the end of May. I will be ordering flowers for her vault so it's on my calendar. One task at a time.

All righty, it's a wrap. I'm glad the weekend is almost here again. Can't wait to have my brief break once more. Seriously, one day off a week is not enough. I swear someone should outlaw working more than five days a week. 😝
