Happy FriYAY 馃帀 Another weekend is here.. finally! 馃槅 Last night was an epic fail despite the heavy rains that fell in the early evening. I'm right that two hours of rain was simply not enough to cool the warm flat. This afternoon, there was a bit of a thunderstorm and it rained hard for a while then drizzled for a little longer. A bit of cool wind is blowing too. Alas, I miss the stormy days of years past. 馃檮 It's the middle of the year and we have not had a single typhoon. How weird is that?! 馃
Happy #thankfulThursday 馃帀 Did you remember to be extra thankful today? I know I did. It was my day to go to the bank so I went down earlier during lunch break, dropped by the neighborhood 7-11 store to purchase lunch and dinner, and then went back home. It was a good and easy run too and I'm grateful for the steps. 馃檶
Happy Chooseday 馃帀 It's a good reminder to always choose happy 馃槉 Each day may not be perfect, but do find the good in each day. 馃槃 Yesterday was a day of delays. Pet supplies did not get delivered until today. Whew! It's a good thing I plan ahead and do not wait till I'm out of stock before ordering. I gotta thank my late dad for that mindset. We've been trained to be one step ahead at all times. It's been a pretty strict upbringing, but I'm truly thankful for it. 馃檹鉂わ笍馃挕
Back for a new week (and new month too). Hello month of June. Let me back track a little bit...Got the photo last Saturday on Mom's vault flowers for her fourth death anniversary. 馃檹鉂わ笍馃挕 I pray that next time around I'll get to visit her. I'm glad that this time around I need not follow up for the photo.
T.G.I.FriYAY 馃帀 Amazingly rain came in the late afternoon.. thankfully, it cooled down the temperature inside the flat by a bit. My room temp thermostat reads 33C. Nope that's not too cool but it's bearable. Using electric fans can help to feel a bit comfy.
