My #aliveandthriving Year 6 journey begins today. 🎉 For me, it's a new cycle now. I'm not at the best place but I'm doing my best to be optimistic. I suppose the saying fake it till you make it applies right now. 😅
It's a regular hot day again. I sent my monthly laundry to the neighborhood laundry shop via pick up service. I'm glad I checked out SUDS Laundry since they opened up in my neighborhood. Not perfect but pretty reliable service is something to be grateful for indeed. 🙌
Yesterday was too hot without even light breeze. I have to admit I was pretty out of breath but I persisted with my daily walking exercise. I guess I spent a little more time outside since it was too hot. Yes, I did drink some water after my exercise. 😂 Thankful for the reminder. My road to wellness is definitely not easy. I need to work at it to feel better. I suppose I will make a summary after a week. I just need to keep going.
Throwback Thursday
Saw this on my FB memories from eight years ago -- Our Ilocos adventure with Mom and my daughter. Mom was 74 years old then, but she walks without a cane. 😜 I don't think I can do more of these adventure trips. I think the only vacation I can enjoy from here on are old people vacation -- one where I'll just sit and relax and do easy walks. 😂 I miss Mom and my daughter. I'm happy my daughter gets to have her own adventures from time to time in Barcelona. 💞

I suppose I can adopt this attitude, but I'm more realistic and at this point in my life, pretty old and jaded. 😅 Still, I will do my very best to get better and manage my mobility issue. I honestly do not believe I can walk without a cane anymore (unless there's AI assistive technology that can help). 😉
Six days and counting. Another month will soon come to an end. I've signed up for 1st Saturday memorial mass for Mom. The 31st is her fourth death anniversary. I will be arranging flowers for her vault then. 🙏❤️💡
I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I've reached $10 on LL but will wait a day or two before requesting for cash out.
