¿Cómo se encuentra la actividad social y positiva de la comunidad? Mi semana consistió en acompañar a una nueva amiga a comprar una línea telefónica en Boa Vista. Su hermano, que vive en otra ciudad de Brasil, le recomendó adquirir una línea de la mejor calidad. Así, salí temprano por la mañana a buscar la parada del autobús para ir al centro de la ciudad.
How's the social and positive activity in the community going? My week involved accompanying a new friend to buy a mobile phone line in Boa Vista. Her brother, who lives in another city in Brazil, recommended she get a line with the best quality. So, I headed out early in the morning to find the bus stop to go to the city centre.
Llegamos rápidamente al local de Claro, ambientado con el color rojo. Al entrar, nos atendió amablemente una señorita con un sabroso acento brasileiro. Ella nos dio un ticket para que mi amiga fuera atendida. Es oportuno destacar que la atención del joven fue sencilla y se notaba su dedicación al explicarle a mi amiga los beneficios de su línea telefónica. Realizaron las preguntas necesarias e intercambiaron la cédula y el CPF. Llenaron los datos personales para cumplir con todos los requisitos y así mi amiga pudo obtener su línea telefónica con un plan de internet estable para mantenerse en comunicación constante con su familia.

She gave us a ticket so my friend could be seen. It's worth mentioning that the young man who helped us was straightforward and you could tell he was keen to explain the benefits of their phone line to my friend. They asked the necessary questions and exchanged her identity card and CPF (Brazilian tax ID). They filled in her personal details to meet all the requirements, and so my friend was able to get her phone line with a reliable internet plan to stay in constant contact with her family.

Me llamó la atención la eficacia, la eficiencia, la efectividad y lo positivo de su sistema de comunicación, recordando que ella tiene un excelente servicio a nivel nacional. Mientras culminaban el registro de los datos de mi amiga, el empleado me preguntó en un fluido portugués si yo también tenía línea telefónica. Le dije que sí. Entonces, me propuso cambiar mi línea, a Claro para que aprovechara la calidad de su servicio. Además, por ser el Día de las Madres, el cambio > de línea era gratuito.
This mobile phone company has a special promotion for Mother's Day. I was struck by the efficiency, effectiveness, and positive aspects of their communication system, remembering that they have excellent national service. While they were finishing up my friend's registration details, the employee asked me in fluent Portuguese if I also had a phone line. I said yes. He then suggested I switch my line to Claro to take advantage of their quality service. What's more, because it's Mother's Day, the line switch was free.
Me quedé pensando en la jugada inteligente del joven empleado para que cambiara rápidamente a Claro. Reflexioné coherentemente y decidí formalizar el cambio de servicio. Le proporcioné los datos requeridos y de inmediato se realizó la portabilidad a Claro en mi Smartphone. Me entusiasma la idea de tener un internet como el que funciona aquí con la tecnología 5G. Brasil se destaca por la velocidad de su 5G, siendo una de las más rápidas a nivel mundial. Sin embargo, la cobertura aún está en expansión y no es uniforme en todo el territorio.
I was left pondering the clever move by the young employee to get me to switch to Claro quickly. I thought it through logically and decided to go ahead with the service change. I gave him the required details, and straight away the porting to Claro was done on my smartphone. I'm really keen on having internet like what works here with 5G technology. Brazil stands out for its 5G speed, being one of the fastest globally. However, coverage is still expanding and isn't uniform across the whole country.
Una vez finalizada la gestión, nos retiramos de la oficina. Revisé mi teléfono y el internet ya estaba activo. Mi amiga me aseguró que convencerá a su mamá para que también cambie su línea a Claro.
Once the business was sorted, we left the office. I checked my phone and the internet was already working. My friend assured me that she'll convince her mum to switch her line to Claro as well.
En este camino de vida donde la excelencia en los servicios es primordial, me siento satisfecho de mejorar la calidad de mi comunicación celular, ya que me permite mantenerme conectado a internet.

Considerando mi experiencia en Boa Vista, puedo expresar que estoy disfrutando de una buena calidad de servicio 5G. Tengo entendido que en la medida que la infraestructura se expanda en Brasil y en todo el mundo, se espera que la velocidad, la cobertura y la baja latencia del 5G mejoren significativamente, abriendo la puerta a una amplia gama de nuevas aplicaciones y servicios. On this journey of life where excellent service is paramount, I'm pleased to be improving the quality of my mobile communication, as it allows me to stay connected to the internet. Considering my experience in Boa Vista, I can say that I'm enjoying a good quality 5G service. I understand that as the infrastructure expands in Brazil and worldwide, the speed, coverage, and low latency of 5G are expected to improve significantly, opening the door to a wide range of new applications and services. This is living with the quality of technology as a brilliant way of life.
