Today I had a funny conversation with a work colleague about things we hate...it started off with a work scenario that we were pretty annoyed with which inspired the emotion of hate. Anyway, we ended up having a laugh because we were listing a heap of stuff we both hate and it ended up getting down to the trivial things which are part of life but are as annoying as fuck. I thought I'd share a few.
- I hate it when...I'm putting tacos together and forget the cheese!
I think we've all been there right? Tacos without cheese? There's something wrong with the world when one forgets to add cheese to one's tacos!
- I hate it when...the chef at the restaurant puts my hot food on my cold food.
This really pisses me off...who wants to eat warm wilted fucken lettuce? Why the hell do they put say, a chicken schnitzel, on top of the salad on the plate? Separate it you pelican!
- I hate it when...I'm in my car stopped at the traffic lights with my window down and I get a whiff of cigarette smoke from the car in front or next to me!
Clearly I'm not a smoker and think the habit is disgusting so why should I have to breathe chemicals and smoke that has already been in someone else's lungs? Drives me bonkers.
- I hate it when...I wash one of my vehicles, which takes me hours, and it rains the very next day!
What the actual fuck is nature thinking? It happens all the time as well; does nature know I'm washing my car then decides to fuck it up? I don't get it!
- I hate it when...people are noisy eaters.
Hey asshole, shut the fuck up when you're eating ok? I don't say it but I think it...I know, a super-trivial thing, but it's something I've found so annoying, the same with people who's jaw clicks when eating. Weirdos!
I think you get the point...and probably think I'm a weirdo in which case you're probably right. There's other things that annoy me to the point of hating them but I'd be here all night if I listed them - I'm more interested in what things you could add to the list.
