A while back I did a post around a little trip and mentioned my caravan which I tow behind my Landcruiser (pictured above); I said I'd do a follow up post with a few images so here it is. It'll be short, just a few detail sand some images.

It may not happen each week but this week but for this week at least there's some points on offer.

It's a long weekend, three days off work, and I've spent the first one exactly where I wanted to be, somewhere I felt nurtured, comforted and content. Places like that, for me, are usually to be found in natural places, the great outdoors, wilderness and so forth, but today I found it at my home - a place I love to be. I'll be heading out into the countryside over the next two days but today was all about recharging some energy at home, spending time with my cat Cleo and yeah, I'll admit to taking a nap or two; life is hectic for me and days like this are few and very far between.

When was the last time you thought about what makes you smile, I mean actively and willfully thought about the things that make you happy? I think the answer should be, "today" but for many of us life gets in the way, all those things we have to think about and do, and we tend not to have, or make, the time to think about what essentially is one of the core things every human being should be looking for in their lives; happiness.

For me, fragrances are very - one of these beautiful art forms that bring about a whole host of things. It's what you want to smell like, it's memories that make you smile or are resonant of times in your life, it can remind you of music. If you're a lover of scent, it's a very kind of particular and evocative thing.

The joke of our time is the suicide of intention.- Theodor W. Adorno -Hey folks, we're on the doorstep of a new weekend and about to step through...and what a weekend it is too! I'm pretty excited because it's a three day weekend for me and that means I've got some cool things planned and will do a little more than I'd normally do over a weekend. I'm excited. This weekend also marks the time when (where I live) our clocks go forward one hour for daylight saving which occurs at 02:00 Sunday morning. More daylight with which to enjoy life! (I actually fuggen hate daylight saving.)
