I went for a walk today to increase my activity score for my report. I'm glad to share that I managed to achieve 12,518 steps. This is more than 1,000 steps higher than yesterday's report, which is why I'm feeling proud of my achievement today. I use this as a basis to determine whether I've done well or not so well in my activities for the day. For me, if I reach at least 10,000 steps, I consider that I've done a good job when it comes to my overall physical health.
