Fitness goals set on 19 Nov 2023

It has been hard to follow a fitness regime as I was plagued with overuse injuries, and of course time constraints. But I am determine to go back to my fitness life style.
These are my goals. These are light exercises that I think I can manage.
#1. Pingshuai Gong daily for overall health
At least 15 minutes a day before sleep

#2. Strength gains to burn fats more effectively
15 minutes spent on callisthenics. This site shows some nice exercises to follow. https://www.sweat.com/blogs/fitness/calisthenics
I think I can follow them, or at least accomplish the following:
  • 20 pushups
  • 50 sit ups
  • 15 x 2 reps of half squats
#3. Cardio fitness through walks/runs
Walk 20 minutes a day on treadmill
Let's do that for the next 7 days.
I shall report how things are. I really need to get something done gradually to sustain my good health.
Once the first 7 days is over, I shall review.
