The distance to the regional center of Vologda by road is 19.5 km. Sosnovka is one of the most common names for settlements.

In 1962, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, the Annunciation churchyard was renamed the village of Sosnovka.

In 2001, the neighboring village of Yomka was annexed to Sosnovka.

As you can see in the photo in the village of Sosnovka there are different types of residential buildings. On the outskirts of the village are country houses, and in the center there are even stone multi-storey houses.

Also, judging by the photo in the village there are no particularly old houses. Why can I judge only by photo? That's because I took pictures only from afar on a telephoto lens from a high hill.

My shooting point was in the village of Erofeyka, not far from the equestrian section.

As you can see, in the village there are many baths and garden plots.

And there is practically no dilapidated wooden multi-unit housing.

Snowfall turned a photograph into a picturesque picture.

Before that, there were ordinary documentary photographs of the village, and this is already an art photography.

Although I am engaged in art photography, I really do not like it when they call me a photo artist.

This post is a good example of two different genres of photography. In a documentary photography, all the details, sharpness and clarity of the photo are important without loss in highlights and shadows. With snowfall, the picture became more picturesque, but lost in detail. Here there was a transition to another genre - landscape.

Similar lines between genres occur at each shooting.

I could show only the best shots, but my content is not always exclusively of an aesthetic nature, and sometimes also of scientific and educational.
