While visiting Amy's Omelette House in Long Branch, New Jersey, for an Easter Brunch, I looked up from my seat and immediately saw the most interesting cow that I ever had seen. Even though most people know that I am from the Bronx and you don't get to see many (if any) cows there, I have been to areas in Pennsylvania and Michigan, as well as other states, where I had the opportunity to see cows.
My better half refers to certain cows as "Moo Cows." In my limited knowledge of cows, I thought most cows say "moo." I also heard of cow tipping but I didn't think that would be appropriate in a fine establishment as Amy's. In addition, I think this cow would shatter into pieces from the fall. I cropped the picture so close to its head because I didn't want to get the family that was eating on the other side of the wall.
Without looking into it more, this cow reminds me of what the artist might have seen while tripping. However, it is a great conversation piece and a wonderful decoration.
