Codex Brief isn’t something I want to rush out the door.
For this to work long-term — structurally, legally, and operationally — I need to set up the right framework: company structure, publishing pipeline, delivery format, and archival system.
Launching it too early would create pressure before the foundation is ready. By sharing this post now, I’m doing two things intentionally:
- Proof is delivered. Codex VIII shows exactly what Brief will offer.
- The product is forming. The structure is being built piece by piece.
- You get to shape it with me. Feedback now influences what Brief becomes.
- Launch happens when the system is solid — most likely early next year.
This gives time to build it properly — not rushed, not noisy, but clean, consistent, and sustainable. And while the structure is being prepared, your feedback now is what guides the final design.
