Siendo hoy mi primer dìa, debo admitir que me siento muy contento porque estarè dando mi primer post para Uds.
Los bosquejos que les presentarè a continuaciòn del texto, corresponden al recorrido a pie por un camino de aproximadamente 4km de paseo, donde me he topado tal vez con un centenar de estos ejemplares de Samàn, los cuales pueblan un lugar conocido como " La Cumaca ". Segùn su historia dice asì... Es una cautivadora poblaciòn venezolana, que se encuentra ubicada en la regiòn noroccidental de la cuenca del lago Tacarigua ( de Valencia ), al pie de la vertiente sur de la cordillera de la costa, en la zona norte del municipio San Diego del estado Carabobo.
Se dice que los primeros pobladores de La Cumaca llegaron hace 1000-1200 años, al encontrarse petroglifos en la zona. Un primer desplazamiento ocurriò hace 1500 años por pobladores pertenecientes a la tribu Arawak y Karibes quienes poblaron la mayorìa del territorio tacarigüense que abarca Guacara, Naguanagua, Güigüe, Valencia, Tocuyito y Vigirima, sector carabobeño en estos tiempos.
El samàn, es un arbol tipico en nuestra Venezuela, y sobre èl tambièn habitan las orquìdeas
A continuaciòn les presento estos Samanes dibujados a mano alzada mientras disfrutaba caminando durante la fresca mañana.

Today being my first day, I must admit that I feel very happy because I will be giving my first post for you.
SAMÀN
The sketches that I will present to you below the text correspond to the walking tour along a path of approximately 4 Km of walk, where I have come across perhaps a humdred of these specimens from Samàn, which populate a place known as " La Cumaca ". According to its history It goes like this... It is a captivating venezuelan population, which is located in the northwestern region of the lake Tacarigua basin ( from Valencia), at the foot of the southern slope of the coastal mountain range, in the morthern part of the San Diego municipality of Carabobo state.
It is said that the first settlers of La Cumaca arrived 1000 - 1200 years ago, when petroglyphs were found in the area. A first displacement occurred 1500 years ago by inhabitants belonging to the Arawak and Karibes tribe who populated most of the tacariguense territory that includes Guacara, Naguanagua, Güigüe, Valencia, Tocuyito y Vigirima, Carabobeño sector in these times.
El Samàn, is a typical tree in our Venezuela, and the orchids also inhabit it.
Next I present these Samanes drawn freehand while I enjoyed walking during the cool morning.
