Since it's been 7 days since the last status report, I wanted to give another short status report. It's quite possible that we'll start the series of weekly reports. After all, I'm pretty sure that you want to be kept informed. Furthermore it makes sense to talk about both positive and critical developments together and how we can expand or improve them for the benefit of the community. And as a basis for this: Information transfer.
Nachdem der letzte Statusbericht 7 Tage her ist, wollte ich wieder eine kurze Statusmeldung abgeben. Gut möglich, dass wir somit die Reihe der wöchentlichen Berichterstattung starten. Denn schließlich bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, das Ihr informiert werden wollt. Ebenfalls macht es Sinn, über positive, aber auch über kritische Entwicklungen gemeinschaftlich zu sprechen und wie wir diese zum Wohle der Gemeinschaft ausbauen oder verbessern können. Und als Grundlage dessen: Informationsvermittlung.
Topic 1: Cooperation
As mentioned in the last status report, I am currently in the process of organizing a new team. As part of this, other positive things have come up that I would like to report on.
Unfortunately, I am not quite as fast in the area of technical provision as I always hope to be, but developments have emerged that seem even better than I thought two days ago.
I have started a conversation with the “manager/coordinator” of a group that has been active on Hive for many years. To talk about CryptoCompany, the current situation, the needs of the community and also the lack of manpower. I can't talk about all the details here, especially because not all the details have been finalized; however, the first, immediate steps have been determined.
As part of this, I am currently compiling a report on what, where and how various parts of CCCEO are currently handled in order to rectify the deficient aspects as quickly as possible and consequently improve or automate processes. For example, so that my manpower is not tied up in repetitive activities and is therefore freed up for further developments. Or (wildly in my eyes...) I could also take a day off to stay in balance in order to maintain my workforce.
More importantly, I expect to be able to integrate CryptoCompany into this group of experienced and well-coordinated Hivians, creators and programmers. We cannot yet celebrate the “signing” of this as a community, as not all aspects have been discussed or even settled, but we as the CCCEO community can be very confident that this will come about. I myself have known the “coordinator” of the group and some of his activities and projects for a long time and have a very good relationship with him, as well as a very positive assessment of his personality. They also want to support the project. Or integrate CryptoCompany, as well as myself, into this group.
This would be a really good development for CryptoCompany and the community. Not only because more manpower would then be available. The increase in expertise within CryptoCompany would also be considerable and therefore higher than it has ever been. This could lead to many positive results.
As already mentioned, I am now in the process of taking stock of services that are already running, as well as construction sites. In effect, a basic report of the overall picture and my assessment of how to proceed. Overall, but also in sub-areas such as existing and upcoming offers.
The next meeting is already scheduled and I am excited and full of energy to make the most of it. It's a great opportunity for CryptoCompany and all of us.
Thema 1: Zusammenarbeit
Wie bereits im letzten Statusreport angesprochen, bin ich gerade dabei ein neues Team zu organisieren. Im Rahmen dessen haben sich weitere positive Dinge aufgetan, wovon ich berichten mag.
Leider bin ich nicht ganz so schnell im Bereich der technischen Bereitstellung, wie ich es mir immer erhoffe, jedoch haben sich Entwicklungen aufgetan, die noch besser wirken, als noch vor zwei Tagen gedacht.
Ich habe ein Gespräch gestartet, mit dem "Manager/Koordinator" einer auf Hive seit vielen Jahren tätigen Gruppe. Um über CryptoCompany, die aktuelle Situation, die Bedürfnisse der Community und auch den Mangel an Arbeitskraft zu sprechen. Ich kann hier nicht über alle Details sprechen, insbesondere weil noch nicht alle Details geklärt sind; jedoch wurden erste, unmittelbare Schritte festgelegt.
Im Rahmen dessen erstelle ich gerade einen Report, was, wo, wie bei verschiedenen Teilbereichen von CCCEO aktuell gehandhabt wird, um die mangelhaften Aspekte möglichst umgehend zu beheben und Abläufe folglich zu verbessern bzw. zu automatisieren. Zum Beispiel, damit meine Arbeitskraft nicht an sich wiederholenden Tätigkeiten gebunden ist und folglich für weitere Entwicklungen freigegeben wird. Oder (in meinen Augen ganz wild...) ich mir auch mal einen Tag Urlaub nehmen könnte, um im Gleichgewicht zu bleiben, um meine Arbeitskraft zu erhalten.
Viel gewichtiger ist aber, das ich, voraussichtlich, CryptoCompany in dies Gruppe aus erfahrenen und miteinander eingespielten Hivians, Machern und Programmierern integrieren kann. Wir können den "Vertragsabschluss" dessen als Gemeinschaft noch nicht feiern, da noch nicht alle Aspekte besprochen oder gar geregelt sind, wir als CCCEO Gemeinschaft können aber sehr zuversichtlich sein, dass dies zustande kommt. Ich selbst kenne den "Koordinator" der Gruppe und einen Teil seiner Tätigkeiten und Projekte seit längerem und habe einen sehr guten Draht zu ihm, aber auch eine sehr positive Einschätzung über seine Persönlichkeit. Ebenfalls will man das Projekt gerne unterstützen. Bzw. CryptoCompany, wie auch mich, in diese Gruppe integrieren.
Dies wäre für CryptoCompany und die Gemeinschaft darum wirklich eine sehr gute Entwicklung. Nicht nur, weil dann mehr Arbeitskraft verfügbar wäre. Auch der Kompetenzgewinn innerhalb von CryptoCompany wäre beträchtlich und folglich so hoch, wie sie noch nie war. Daraus könnten sehr viele positive Resultate entstehen.
Wie bereits angeschnitten, bin ich nun also gerade dabei eine Bestandsaufnahme zu tätigen, über bereits laufende Services, wie auch über Baustellen. Faktisch ein Grundlegender Report des Gesamtbildes bzw. meiner Einschätzung über weiteres Vorgehen. Im Ganzen, aber auch in Teilbereichen wie beispielsweise vorhandenen und kommenden Angeboten.
Das nächste Meeting ist bereits angesetzt und ich bin freudig und voll von Energie, das Beste daraus machen zu könne. Es ist eine große Chance für CryptoCompany und uns alle.
Topic 2: Broken PC
The broken main computer, its broken graphics card and the hard disk with the faulty participation table are now in a local workshop to rebuild the PC there. I have not yet received a fault report, damage report or cost estimate, but will keep you informed.

Thema 2: kaputter Computer
Der kaputte Hauptcomputer, dessen abgerauchte Grafikkarte und die Festplatte mit fehlerhafter Partizipationstabelle sind mittlerweile in einer lokalen Werkstatt, um den PC dort wieder aufzubauen. Einen Fehlerbericht, Schadensreport und auch einen Kostenvoranschlag habe ich noch nicht erhalten, werde euch aber diesbezüglich informiert halten.
