Hello everyone:) I just joined Hive and I have a lot to learn here. That's why I'm pretty excited. I hope you will like it. Today I prepared a spinach pie recipe for you and I will tell you about it. Eating is one of the best things for me. That's why I'm always trying new recipes.

First of all, I cut the phyllo dough I bought from the market in a triangular shape. On the other hand, I roasted the spinach, which I washed about 8-10 times, in olive oil.

While the spinach was roasting, I chopped an onion and threw it into the mixture. I sauteed some more with the onions. I set it aside to cool.

I prepared the sauce that I would pour on the phyllo in a bowl. I put the mixture I prepared into the dough I cut into triangles and wrapped it in a rose shape.

I put egg yolk on the pastries I wrapped and put them in the oven and cooked. It was really delicious. You can also put ground beef, potatoes, cheddar cheese with spinach.
