Hello there! This is my first time to post and share our experiences in this amazing Worldmappin community. I am going to share with you our trip to Baguio City during Panagbenga Festival. Everyone was so excited for this trip. My niece and nephew didn't care about the days of their absences. My daughter isn't studying right now so she is free to travel without pressure. She prepared her stuff a week before. So, from our city we flew for almost 2 hours to Manila International Airport, then took a bus from there to Baguio City. As we arrived at a Bus terminal, at around 4 AM, it was so cold. Like we were all chilling. Kc regretted wearing leggings and a little jacket. We aren't used to cold weather, but we crave it since normally, the weather in the other parts of our country is hot to humid. Kris, my brother in law's brother fetched us there. We were all exhausted from the travel. Everyone fell asleep right away. The weather in Baguio is always for me a bed tempt weather. We stayed at Aunt's Esther house. They have a terrace in their house, which I can see the overlooking view of the city below. I enjoyed the cold air grasping my hair and face. So cold yet so nice and satisfying.

Before my father's birthday, my sisters and I agreed to share or chip in for his birthday celebration. We also agreed to surprise him. He will be turning 69 years old. I was confused about what I should pledge since I won't have received my salary by then. So I finally decided to make a simple salad and bought some ingredients from our neighbor who sells fruits and vegetables. I asked my nephew to buy lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and an apple. I will add cheese, raisins, and pineapple chunks, which I will get from my mother's store. I was excited to make the salad, but I did not. 😩

This is now the house of my beautiful and classy grandmother, Marcosa. It was full of lovely orchids and different flowers. This house was full of beautiful and wonderful memories. It's so sad to see it like this. Lola had seven children. Now, they are down to four, all are senior citizens and have a house and family. By the way, it was already sold. Poster for sale is not the property.
