** February Seed Starting Tour!**It took FOREVER for winter to really leave. (kinda not really gone yet, tho) I start my ONION seeds indoors early February. I start my peppers, mid February, and some of my PLUM-type TOMATO seeds mid February. Start chitting out (greening out; getting eyes started) on my Potato Mid February. AND, start my Sweet Potato Slips Mid February, too.

Making Lavender Lemon Jelly!I've been growing Lavender for 10, 15 years? Something like that. But this yer, was a first for me! I finally made something edible with the lavender I've been growing for more than a decade. this Lavender Lemon Jelly goes great with cream cheese on bagels, served on goat cheese, with crackers! Gardens are in New England, zone 7a and 7b.
