The dribble of BTC that I mined daily in 2014 for $645 is worth today $71,055. I quit because the electricity cost got too high I thought back then! but how I wish I had continued mining it. At one point I had 18 BTC. But can't complain!
This is an entry for The Ink Well's fiction prompt "bicycle". Here is the post where you can find the details for making your post as well links for reading some great stories by the many talented writers in this community. Both pictures included in my story are AI creations made by me at the website called Mage.space and it is free to use for anyone. Here is the story:
If you are like me, you might not know much about this island. It's located in the southern Caribbean Sea just north of the Venezuela coast and is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.Since this was just a stop on our cruise, we only spent a few hours here but it was our favorite port of the trip. It was also the only stop where we were in port during the evening which allowed us to enjoy a little of the night flavor of the island.
source - edited in LunaPic"Who is ready to play our NOT SO NEWLYWED GAME tonight?" Marco, the cruise entertainment director, called to the crowd. A roar of enthusiasm went up as feet were stomped and hands clapped."The first couple we're looking for is the ones who have been married the longest. Anyone out there been married for 40 years?"

The garage remote I had found in my husband's car had found its way into my waiting hand. With the sight of the door rising revealing his car in her garage, my heart shattered.
